Viewing Vacant PropertiesIf you would like to view a property, you may check out the keys for the home between the hours of 10 am – 2 pm daily to view a property.
Please call us to verify entry access prior to coming into our office. You have 2 hours to return a key. Any prospective applicant(s) will need to leave a $100.00 cash deposit with a valid California Drivers License or Military ID. Your $100.00 deposit will be refunded once we have received the key back in our possession.
Viewing of Occupied Properties
We will set up an appointment for you to view the home or inform you of an open house that we will have on a weekly basis. Please call our office for more information or to set up an appointment.
